Why is there such a poor AQI in the middle east today? [screenshot inside]

There are high levels of PM2.5, PM10, O3.

Low levels of NO, CO, SO2.

Is it due to the desert sand? I don't know of much construction activity or factories over there (pardon my ignorance).
