Why do these dramatic differences in temperature occur? : meteorology

I noticed these curving lines that look like a “border” between two very different temperature ranges.

For example, the distance between Orlando and Miami is only 330km but the temperature difference is a whole 11°C.

All temperatures are in Celsius on the map.
