What would cause this air flow? Seems odd to me for it to be exiting in every direction similar to an electric field.

There was a pretty gnarly thunderstorm in the Charlotte, NC area yesterday so I decided to check my radar app and noticed this odd occurrence.

Intuitively I wouldn’t expect wind to be generated from a central point and exit in every direction.

What would cause this?
