What causes such a sharp decrease in absolute humidity/temperature

It was raining and the humidity was high when there was rain but after the rain stopped absolute humidity sharply reduced. I have a small sensor which measures outdoor humidity. Just want to know how can one predict/forecast a sharp decline in humidity and is it related to amount of rain

I know that temperature and humidity are related to each other but why such a sharp drop in temperature happens after rainfall?
