The strongest storm, which may contain nickle-sized hail, is southwest of Nauvoo in Walker County. It will move toward Carbon Hill.
Be ready for gusty winds of 40-50 mph and small hail as well as dangerous lightning with these storms. It appears that the storms may affect the western parts of the Birmingham Metro eventually, around 330-4 p.m.
