Strange phenomenon in the Montenegro sky : meteorology

Hello experts, i have a question regarding a strange phenomenon that happened 10 days ago in the sky above Montenegro. There were sightings of a strange yellow/orange lights blinking in the sky, as if someone turned the lights on and off over and over again. Any ideas what this could be?
