Question about the NWS hourly forecast graph : meteorology

I have recently discovered that the NWS has some very detailed information about hourly weather, and I love keeping an eye on it.

One question I have, in the attached picture, it shows .20 inches of rain from 5pm – 11pm. Is this telling me to expect .20 inches per HOUR? Or is this telling me the span of that time will accumulate a TOTAL of .20 inches?
