That is a cumulonimbus cloud with anvil blowoff. This is due to an inversion ( temps warming with height) that act as a cap for upward cloud development. Usually the anvil part is to one side from wind hitting the clouds perpendicular, it I’m this case the rear inflow jet is approaching the cloud Parellell not perpendicular causing the upper cloud anvil to fan out.
