(Via @NWSIndianapolis.) The first official Signal Corps/Weather Bureau/NWS observation at Indianapolis would be taken February 10th, 1871, when a high temperature of 28 degrees and zero precipitation was recorded. Low temperatures would be added to the daily ob on March 1. #INwx
