Need Help With My Survey!

Hello! I'm a current high school student who is attempting to investigate wet bias (will define in the survey) and the extent to which it effects the accuracy of weather forecasts, and I need responses for my survey! The questionnaire should only take about 5-10 minutes to complete at most, maybe less. If you have any suggestions to improve the survey, please let me know, if possible. Thank you!
