MSE Creative Consulting Blog: Extraordinary Rainfall Forecast: Mid-Mississippi Valley

The National Weather Service is forecasting an extraordinary amount of rain between now and 6pm Friday. The are forecasting most of the rain to fall between tomorrow morning and Wednesday night. If this forecast is correct, flooding will occur. Why? The soil is wet to saturated over many parts of Missouri as well as northeast Kansas and southeast Nebraska.
