WASHINGTON — Hot and sunny conditions will continue through the long holiday weekend. 90s stick around through mid-week.

Quick Forecast:
Sunday: Mostly sunny and warm.  High: 85.
Sunday Night: Mostly clear and warm. Lows: 66.
Memorial Day: Mostly sunny, dry, and hot! High: 91.
Monday Night: Clear and quiet. Low: 71.
Tuesday: Mostly sunny and very hot. High: 96.

It will be clear and warm for the rest of your Sunday. Temperatures topped off in the mid 80s and will fall into the mid 60s overnight. Any outdoor plans you have will be in the clear.

Memorial Day will be hot, sunny, and pleasant. Be prepared for mostly sunny skies and temperatures in the low 90s. Even though it will be hot, humidity values will be low so it won’t feel too sticky outside. Pool visits, barbeques, and parades plans will all be in the clear. 

Tuesday will be one of the warmest days of the year. High temperatures will be in the mid 90s but will be feeling even warmer due to the humidity. Blue skies and sunshine are expected all day long. Be sure you take proper precautions with the heat!

Sunday: Partly sunny, warm, and not humid. Highs: 79 – 84. Winds: WSW 10.
Sunday Night: Clear. Lows: 60 – 66. Winds: S 5.
Memorial Day: Sunny and hot. Low humidity. Highs: 85 – 91. Winds: SW 5 – 10.
Monday Night: Clear skies. Lows: 66 – 71. Winds: W 5.
Tuesday: Mostly sunny and very hot. Highs: 90 – 96. Winds: 5 -10.

Wednesday will be hot and more humid. Cloud cover will slowly start to increase late in the day with a chance for a stray shower. Highs will be in the low to mid 90s. Most of the day will be dry.  Thursday is our next best chance for showers and thunderstorms.  Highs will be in the 80s with a few spots briefly hitting 90 degrees.  We could see a stray shower on Friday but most of the day will be dry. Temperatures will take a tumble on Friday into the low 80s. More sunshine and comfortable temperatures are on the way for the weekend.

Thursday: Increasing clouds with afternoon showers and storms. Highs: 83 – 87.
Friday: Partly sunny and cooler. Highs: 76 – 81.

Sunday: Partly sunny and warm. High: 75 – 80.
