how to read vertical geostrophic wind profile?

Can someone please explain to me how to determine the vertical geostrophic wind profile so that I can determine at each point whether it’s (veering, backing, or weak) or (warm, cold, weak)? I don’t really know what to look for so if someone could explain i’d greatly appreciate so I’ll know how to read future plots. I added a picture
