Hi y’all! New to this subject. Does anyone know if this is an old hydrometer? I’d love to know about it if anyone knows. It has a weird putty like substance in it. Never seen one like this before, not sure if it’s even usable. I looked up some old hydrometers but can’t find one that looks like it. : meteorology
