Developing AI agent and be happy to receive a piece of advice from Metereologyst! : meteorology

Hello, fellow Redditors! I developing weather AI agent for the company, currently, I try to estimate potentially nasty weather for business. The trick is I’d want to find it not only for a specific country.
The problem to estimate metrics for such tasks, especially temperature! I acquired access to big weather history data set for different cities ( 30 years)
Now I seeking few pieces of advice:
-
Exists international norms for humidity, wind speed, pressure, visibility, and rainfall? Maybe even thresholds for people, ships, cars, etc.
-
If I want to estimate potential temperature for the current day, how ancient data can I use? (30 years, 10 years, 5y, …)
-
Complicated one: How far from the median can I consider weather (especially temperature) abnormal and harmful? (90%+, 95+%, …)
-
Must say it’s fine to be False positive in all these situations!
