Concern Growing for Flooding in Parts of Our Area Tomorrow, Possibly Significant or Even Catastrophic in Some Places….

Concern is growing for flooding, possibly even significant or catastrophic in parts of our area tomorrow as a strong disturbance will be approaching our area off the Atlantic Ocean.

Depending on the exact track of the disturbance parts of our area could see as much as 4-7 inches of rain, with locally higher amounts possible in isolated locations.

Based on the two different model depictions below, let’s hope the European is more correct because the short-range American would bring severe to catastrophic flooding to many parts of our area.
