Clouds this morning, partial sun in the afternoon, windy, warm, chance of PM showers and thunderstorms, highs in the low-to-mid 80’s; S winds at 10-20 mph; gusts possible to 30 mph


Showers and thunderstorms likely, some of the storms can be strong-to-severe, windy, mild early then turning much cooler late, lows near 50 degrees


Partly sunny, not as warm, windy, maybe a shower or two, lower 70’s for afternoon highs

Thursday Night             

Mainly clear, colder, mid 40’s for late night lows


Mainly sunny, warmer, mid-to-upper 70’s


Partly sunny, warm, chance of showers and thunderstorms, mid 70’s


Partly sunny, warm, chance of showers and thunderstorms, lower 70’s


Mainly cloudy, mild, chance of showers and thunderstorms, upper 60’s


The threat of showers and storms will increase late day and then peak later tonight as a potent system slides eastward towards the Mississippi Valley. Some of the storms that form later tonight along a cold front can be strong-to-severe with damaging winds a risk and even the threat of isolated tornadoes.  It turns somewhat cooler on Thursday following the passage of a frontal system and the mid 40’s are likely for late night lows leading into the day on Friday.
