Discussion

It remains quite cold again today in the Mid-Atlantic, but the winds will be less of a factor as high pressure edges into the region. A noticeable moderation in temperatures will begin on Thursday and then the threat of rain returns later Friday and Friday night as low pressure pushes to our northwest. A second low pressure system could bring more rain here later Sunday as it also takes a trek to our northwest and into the eastern Great Lakes.
