Mainly cloudy, quite windy, warm, chance of showers and thunderstorms, some of the storms can be strong with heavy rainfall, highs near 70 degrees; SE winds around 15-25 mph; gusts to 35 mph

Mainly sunny, breezy, mild, near 65 degrees for afternoon highs

Mainly cloudy, chilly, low-to-mid 40’s for late night lows


Mainly sunny, mild, low-to-mid 60’s


Mainly sunny, warm, upper 60’s


Mainly sunny, becoming even warmer, mid 70’s


Partly sunny, warm, mid-to-upper 70’s


A strong frontal system will continue to produce showers and thunderstorms in the northern part of Alabama and some of the storms can be on the strong side. Skies clear tonight and the second half of the week is shaping up to be quite mild with plenty of sunshine. In fact, temperatures may surge to near 70 degrees by the end of the week and then into the 70’s during the upcoming weekend.
