Mainly cloudy, mild, occasional showers and thunderstorms and some of the rain will be heavy at times, breezy, highs in the lower 60’s; SE winds around 10-20 mph


Mainly cloudy with evening showers and thunderstorms still possible, rain can be heavy at times, breezy, turning colder late, lows in the lower 40’s


Becoming mainly sunny, cooler, windy, lower 50’s for afternoon highs

Thursday Night             

Mainly clear, cold, low-to-mid 30’s for late night lows

A strong frontal system will generate showers and thunderstorms in the area through this evening and some of the rain will be heavy at times.  In locations where strong thunderstorms take place, rainfall amounts can climb to 2 or 3 inches with localized flash flooding a threat.  On the other side of the front on Thursday, cooler air will flood the Tennessee valley and temperatures will drop through the 30’s tomorrow night.
