Discussion

High pressure builds into the region today and will control our weather resulting in mainly sunny skies. After a cold and in some spots, frosty start to the day, sunshine will boost afternoon temperatures to near 70 degrees and we’ll turn even warmer on Tuesday.  In fact, temperatures on Tuesday will climb into the mid 70’s across the DC metro region and will flirt with the 80 degree mark on Wednesday and Thursday.
