Discussion

Colder-than-normal weather will continue here through the weekend as a reinforcing shot of Canadian air pushes into the eastern states.  The cold front could touch off a rain or snow shower later in the afternoon and during the early evening. The core of the cold air mass will move overhead on Sunday likely making it the coldest day of the next few with temperatures struggling to escape the middle 30’s for afternoon highs.  The unusual early season chill in the Mid-Atlantic region will ease during the first half of next week.
