30 pm Washington State. : meteorology

Hi all,

My neighbor caught these images at around 10:30 pm on 6/16/2022. Its been a windy a cloudy week, and it rained the next day, about 8 hours after the image were taken. I didn’t personally see the light myself, from my understanding they were stationary diffused blue glow in the sky. Anyone know a possible explanation?
