Wintry weather delays school openings

Some schools in Delaware are getting a late start thanks to the weather. 

Roadways could be slippery this morning as snow, sleet and freezing rain are expected to fall until at last 10 a.m, according to the National Weather Service. Total accumulations might be one half inch, and rain is expected to last all day.
