THIS WILL TURN INTO SNOW AS WE MOVE THROUGH TONIGHT. TOWARDS 10:00 TONIGHT, SCATTERED LIGHT SNOW SHOWERS MOVING AND. OVERNIGHT, AREAS IN THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS WILL HAVE THE BEST SHOT AT SEEING SNOW ON THE GROUND. SCATTERED SNOW SHOWERS MOVING AROUND UNTIL 8:00 IN THE MORNING. THIS SHOULD WRAP UP BY NOON ON THURSDAY. WE MAY SEE SUNSHINE, PARTLY CLOUDY — PARTLY CLOUDY SKIES. INTO FRIDAY, HERE IS THE MORNING. CLOUD ALL AROUND. NOT A LOT OF PRECIPITATION ON FRIDAY. A SPATTERING OF RAIN AND SNOW SHOWERS. THIS IS NOONTIME. LATER IN THE DAY, 4:00, IT IS STILL JUST A FEW SHOWERS MOVING THROUGH. THEN WE GET TO THE SUNSHINE. 8:00, IT BECOMES MOSTLY SUNNY. ALTHOUGH IT WILL BE ON THE COLD SIDE, — LOOKING AT THE SNOW WE CAN ANTICIPATE, TOMORROW MORNING. AROUND PITTSBURGH, NOT A LOT. AN INCH OR LESS. NORTH OF PITTSBURGH, MAYBE AN INCH OR TWO. UP TOWARDS BUTLER, INDIANA AND GREENSBURG, HIGHER ELEVATIONS WE ARE LOOKING AT ONE THROUGH THREE INCHES OF SNOW. HIGHER ELEVATIONS, TWO THROUGH FOUR INCHES OF SNOW. LOOKING AT THE WINDS, IT WILL BE BUSY TOMORROW MORNING. AS IT GOES THROUGH THE MORNING, WINDS WILL DIE DOWN. THREE DEGREES FOR LOW TEMPERATURE. TOMORROW, BREEZY, COLD. 38 FOR A HIGH. IT WILL BE PARTLY CLOUDY FOR A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME. THEN WE WILL LOOK AT FRIDAY, WE WILL HAVE A HIGH TEMPERATURE OF 40. SATURDAY, SUNNY AND 36. SUNDAY, PARTLY CLOUDY AT 46. A winter weather advisory is in effect for parts of the Pittsburgh area until 9 a.m. Thursday. The National Weather Service said snow and slippery road conditions are possible The National Weather Service said snow accumulations of 3 to 7 inches are possible.The areas affected include Garrett County, Maryland, the Westmoreland Ridges, Fayette Ridges, Ridges of Eastern Monongalia County in West Virginia and parts of Preston and Tucker counties in West Virginia.Cities affected include Oakland, Maryland, Ligonier, Donegal, Ohiopyle and others.
