*Heat Advisory from noon today until 9:00 PM Wednesday*
It was a record setting day in Portland, breaking the old record of 95° set in 1941. Expect sunny skies and record breaking heat again tomorrow. Highs will reach the upper 90s in many Portland metro area locations. East winds will stay strong today, especially on the east side of town. We won’t get much relief in the overnight hours the next two nights, with lows only dropping to the mid 60s.
Thursday, we will get some relief as the winds shift and bring in some ocean air. Highs will drop to the mid 80s on Thursday.
Friday through early next week stays warm, but much more comfortable with morning clouds and afternoon sunshine. Highs will be in the upper 70s and low 80s.
