JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – We started out foggy, but most of the fog lifted between 8:45-9:45am. The exception is persistent fog over our coastal waters, which will be slowest to clear over the Golden Isles.

Today will be warm. Expect partly sunny skies. (Partly sunny is between partly cloudy and mostly cloudy) The sun will peek between the clouds for the afternoon and warm us into the upper 70s and even low 80s. The exception will be the beaches, who will only warm into the mid to low 70s.

Tonight we are prone to patchy dense fog again, especially along our coastal counties. Overnight lows will get down into the upper 50s and low 60s.

Sunday will start off with fog and low clouds and then warming up quickly as well.  Sunday will be mostly cloudy, with daytime highs will range from 75-80°.  The chances for rain have pushed back into the overnight hours moving into Monday.

Monday will be soggy, with showers and a few isolated thunderstorms firing up. Expect 50% chances to see rain, mainly after 1:00p.m. and afternoon highs will warm  into the upper 70s.
