Tuesday will be chilly, but it will also be the clear day before storms hit later this week.

Storms start Wednesday and the long range forecast isn’t looking good for Memorial Day weekend.

“Thunderstorms will move across the region on Thursday. Damaging winds and large hail will be the primary threats with isolated tornadoes also possible,” the National Weather Service said.

Storms will stick around through the weekend and temperatures could reach 91 degrees on Friday.
