PHOENIX, AZ – Yep. That damp stuff coming from the sky on Monday was rain. No one would be surprised if you weren’t quite sure as Phoenix is moving through one of the driest winters on record.
The National Weather Service’s Phoenix office says that “”the dry and warm weather that we have been enjoying for so long will be replaced by cooler, wetter conditions for much of this work week. “
Forecasters say that the best window for significant rain will be on Wednesday night.
Temperatures will be in the 60s for much fot he week as well, they say.
