Hurricane Michael downgraded to tropical storm

The moisture from deadly Hurricane Michael, which has been downgraded from a tropical storm, is expected to drench New Jersey starting Thursday with 2 to 4 inches of rain, prompting the National Weather Service to issue a flash flood watch.
The latest forecast calls for a cold front from the west to pull moisture our way from the outer bands of Tropical Storm Michael as it exits the East Coast through the Carolinas and Virginia.
