Planning make up days for the winter weather that gripped the area won’t be necessary for the Madison County School District. This comes after district Superintendent Dr. Ronnie McGehee on Monday requested the days be excused in light of the Governor’s State of Emergency declaration.
MCS students missed school on the 16th and 17 of January due to the weather and now will not be required to make up those days.
