It’s Firefighter Tim to the rescue! A lot of us are trying to avoid packing on pounds during our season of social distancing. That’s why he’s here with two of his daughters and two health snack recipes.
Tim at home snacks
1: Jar natural peanut butter
1 cup: Oats
1: Scoop of your favorite chocolate protein powder
1/2 cup: Dark chocolate chips
Take all ingredients mix together in bowl. Flatten in
baking pan evenly and about an 1/2 inch think keep refrigerated.
Peanut butter Greek yogurt apple dip
Tim Snack Ideas 2
1 cup: Greek yogurt
2 Tbs: Natural peanut butter
1 Tbs: Honey
Mix all ingredients in bowl. Slice apples to dip and enjoy.
